You can integrate Zoho Projects data (both default and custom fields) into Power BI to create a project performance dashboard to track key metrics and optimize project execution.
To create a dashboard, authenticate your Power BI account, configure data sync by selecting Projects as the module and choosing relevant fields like Project Type, Status, Client Name, etc. Set the auto-sync frequency or manually sync the data. Open Power BI Workspace and select the latest synced Zoho Projects dataset.
Create a dashboard using the project fields. Use pie charts to categorize projects by type, client, and by status to show project progress, such as Active, In progress, Reopen, etc. Use a table to show project owners and budget amount.
This dashboard helps teams quickly evaluate project accountability and take necessary actions to optimize project execution.
