Dans l'article précédent, nous avons vu comment Cliq intégré au travers des services Zoho One vous permet de gérer une communication unifiée et contextuelle dans votre organisation. Dans cet article nous allons voir comment le service d'e-mail inclus avec Zoho One vous permet de gérer la communication au-delà des longues chaînes d'e-mails.

      L'email reste l'outil de communication par exelance dans toutes les organisations et bien que pratique avec un objet spécifique pour chaque email envoyé la communication par email reste pour autant limités. Par exemple, lorsque qu'une décision urgente doit être prise une conversation instantané peut s'avérer un outil plus utile. Malgré ces limitations, l'e-mail est une des meilleures façons de communiquer en dehors de l'organisation, comme par exemple : en point de référence dans une transaction commerciale.

Le CRM dans votre boîte de réception
      Lorsque vous recevez un e-mail dans Zoho Mail, cliquez sur l'adresse e-mail de votre contact pour voir ses informations sur CRM. Si aucune information sur le contact y est intégré vous pouvez l'ajouter dans votre CRM en tant que prospect. Ses informations se synchronisent automatiquement avec votre compte CRM. Après avoir ajouté un contact dans votre CRM, une multitude de possibilités s'offrent à vous. Vous pouvez ajouter une tâche, fixer sa date d'échéance et lui attribuer une priorité. Ou encore, ajoutez une remarque à propos de votre contact. Vous pouvez également ajouter des informations à propos des transactions que vous avez effectuées avec ce contact en tant que client potentiel. Vous pouvez ainsi consulter ces informations aussi bien sur Zoho Mail que sur CRM. 



      L'intégration de Zoho CRM dans votre boîte de réception vous permet de chercher vos contacts CRM lorsque vous devez rédiger un message important. Dès que vous commencez à saisir une adresse e-mail, la liste de suggestion automatique vous invite à rechercher vos contacts CRM dans une section clairement délimitée.



      L'intégration avec Zoho Meeting vous permet de démarrer une réunion en ligne depuis la boîte de réception. L'intégration de Zoho Cliq dans Zoho Mail vous permet de démarrer une conversation Cliq en groupe ou individuelle depuis l'e-mail sur le sujet en question. Il y a plusieurs autres intégrations avec le service d'e-mail de Zoho One tel que l'intégration avec Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects ou encore Zoho Books, etc.

      Au- delà ces intégrations, le Calendrier dans la boîte de réception vous permet d'avoir un aperçu sur vos activités. L'onglet tâche vous affiche une vue de toutes vos tâches terminées et les tâches en cours. Il vous donne aussi une vue sur les tâches attribuées par vous. L'onglet notes vous permet de créer des notes et facilite également à partager ces notes avec vos collaborateurs. L'onglet Signets vous permet d'ajouter à vos favoris les sites-web que vous visitez souvent.
