Desk - Astuce #5 : Déplacer les tickets entre les départements



Bonjour à tous,

Il n'est pas rare que vos clients créent des tickets dans un département qui n'a pas l'expertise requise pour les traiter. Vous devez transférer ces tickets vers le département concerné, afin qu'ils ne passent pas à travers les mailles du filet. La fonction "Déplacer" dans Zoho Desk vous permet de le faire.

Pour déplacer un ticket d'un département à un autre, suivez les étapes mentionnées ci-dessous :
  • Allez dans le module Tickets
  • Ouvrez un ticket que vous avez l'intention de déplacer pour voir ses détails.
  • Cliquez sur l'icône (... ) dans la zone supérieure droite de l'écran.
  • Cliquez sur Déplacer dans la liste déroulante des options.
  • Sélectionnez le service vers lequel le ticket doit être déplacé.
  • Le ticket est instantanément déplacé vers le service choisi.




Remarque :
Vous pouvez également choisir de déplacer un groupe de tickets entre les départements en utilisant les actions en masse.
Les tickets déplacés auront leur statut automatiquement mis à "Ouvert" dans le département récepteur.
