How do you stop ZMH recognising you during testing?

How do you stop ZMH recognising you during testing?

This has been a long-time problem for me so I'm not sure why I haven't asked the forums before.

There are some ZMH functions that don't work if it recognises you as an existing user. Journeys are one example. But when developing and testing new routines you need to run them repeatedly.

My work-around has been to re-install Windows and use fresh email addresses from emailondeck. But even this only seems to work sometimes. This has left me wondering if anyone else has a better way of stopping ZMH recognising you. Should just clearing the cache work? Or specifically deleting all cookies?

The problem could be that ZMH Journeys and Goals simply don't work they way they're meant to and it's got nothing to do with my test identity being recognised as an existing user - but that's a different can of worms!!

So what do you do to create new identities for testing routines?
