How to Invoice Based on Timesheet Hours Logged on a Zoho FSM Work Order

Hi everyone,

We’re working on optimizing our invoicing process in Zoho FSM, and we’ve run into a bit of a roadblock.

Here’s our goal:
We want to invoice based on the actual number of hours logged by our technicians on a job, specifically using the timesheets recorded under a Work Order.

Our questions:
  1. Is there a way to automatically pull the total number of timesheet hours into the invoice?
  2. Or, at the very least, where can we easily see the total number of hours worked on a Work Order, so we can manually calculate or adjust the invoice accordingly?

If anyone has tackled this or found a smart workaround (Deluge, reports, custom fields, etc.), we’d love your input.
