Previously, recruiters had to manually send the Screening Bot assessment email to candidates. Now, with Auto-trigger Screening Bot,
Zoho Recruit:
- Automatically detects candidates who apply for a job
- Checks whether they have taken the screening test
- Sends the Screening Bot link via email if they have not
This is powered by a workflow rule available under the Reviews sub-module and can be activated directly from Setup > Zia > Chatbot > Screening Bot.

You have attached a screening assessment with qualifier questions such as:
- Minimum years of sales experience
