Introducing the most awaited Zoho Meeting integrations: Webinar Solution with Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM | Online Meeting with Zoho Projects

We're happy to announce you Zoho Meeting integrations with other Zoho products to extend the availability of meeting and webinar services within other services such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Projects. Here is the sneak peek of the integrations.

Zoho CRM - Webinar integration

You can now engage your CRM leads/contacts using webinars and boost your conversion rate. No more jumping between apps for your lead engagement needs: just schedule webinar campaigns, invite leads/contacts, launch webinars and engage them, get the recordings and followup them, view webinar reports; all within your Zoho CRM account. Here is the user guide for this integration.

Along with detailed webinar reports from your CRM window, the integration also allows you to push your webinar registrations as a Lead/Contact inside Zoho CRM.

 


You can enable this integration from your Zoho CRM account Setup-> Marketplace-> Zoho->Zoho Webinar.

Basic set up flow 
1. Once the integration is initiated, you will be taken to a getting started page. 

2. Your Zoho Meeting account will be linked to your CRM account. (Note: You need to be an admin in both the accounts, Zoho CRM and Zoho Meeting) 
3. Once the integration is enabled for a CRM account, it'll be made available as a campaign type. 

Note: This integration is available only for the Enterprise and above editions of Zoho CRM and only one Meeting org can be linked.

Boost your webinar email marketing with this integration. Sync the webinars within your Zoho Campaigns account, ready-to-use email templates, instantly synchronize the webinar attendees and registrants, ease your webinar promotion and post webinar followups, track your audience response for your email promotions. Learn more about this integration.

Zoho Projects - Meeting integration

Following our initial meeting integration with Zoho Projects to host instant meetings with your task owners and others in the project, we have now introduced even more tighter integration to schedule, invite and launch meetings within your projects portal.
