Requirements to add external user

Hi there,

which subscription plan do I require from Zoho in order to add an external user/ guesst to my mail account?

I want the guest user to do general email work/ replying/ follow-up on orders. In best case I can set also some rules what is may not allowed (e.g. deleting mails).
