Send WhatsApp voice messages from Bigin

I hope all of you are doing well. We're happy to announce this enhancement we've made to Bigin.

Bigin's WhatsApp integration now supports audio messages, so you can record and send voice messages. This makes it easier to handle customer questions that need detailed explanations or a more personal touch and enables you to respond naturally and efficiently—while conveying empathy and a proper tone—through voice instead of long text replies.

You can now record a new voice message by clicking the microphone icon in the message composer. Each recording can be up to two minutes long. Once recorded, you can preview the audio and send it to your customer right away.
