Strategy influencer in Zoho CRM now shows personalized prescriptions

Dear Customers,

We hope you're well!

We are here with an enhancement that will help add direction to your business' growth: Dynamic prescriptions for users.

As you might know, Strategy influencer is an AI-powered dashboard that will prescribe strategies based on your target metrics. These prescriptions are so dynamic that they gets adjusted based on your performance and its progression. While it was initially built for admins' view, the latest update brought the dashboard's access to users.

Users with Zia Strategy Influencer permission enabled in their profile were able to view and/ or manage configurations of the dashboards.
This empowered users with information, and they were able to get a grip on the business' direction and priorities. However, strategies when exposed at user-level have to be contextual in order to be actionable. Displaying the organizations' strategies to all users may potentially confuse the users about their goals, and of course, this is secure data exposed as part of the strategy. Thus, to moderate accessibility while simultaneously providing contextual strategies displayed to each user viewing the dashboard, we have brought you this enhancement. Hereon, you can

Moderate dashboard visibility: Keep the dashboards you create only for your visibility, or share them with all users in the organization or selected users.
  1. If you keep it for your visibility, your prescriptions will be based on your performance.
  2. If you share it with all users, the dashboard will be visible for all users in the organization and the prescriptions will be displayed to each user contextually.
  3. If you share with specific users, let's say—to your peers or subordinates, then for each person that the dashboard is shared, will receive personalized prescriptions based on their data and performance.
Scrutinize performances based on visibility: Based on your role, your seniority in the hierarchy, and your profile permissions, you can view how dashboards are being rendered for each shared entity.
  1. If you are an admin, you can see all the dashboards created in the organization. Irrespective of how these dashboards are intended, an admin can view prescriptions shown for the organization, for each user, and for the user and their subordinates together.
  2. If you are in a senior role with subordinates, you can view prescriptions rendered for each reporting user individually, and view prescriptions rendered for you and your subordinates collectively.

With this option, you can examine their performance while simultaneously validating if they are adhering to the prescriptions suggested to achieve the target.
