Como parte de nuestra serie de Tips and Tricks para CRM en Español Zoho Community, y como cada semana, os traigo un nuevo truco para la personalización de módulos dentro de Zoho CRM.

Tip #14: Opciones rápidas para personalización de módulos de las que puede que no te hayas dado cuenta.

¿Alguna vez has estado en esa situación en la que te das cuenta de que lo que estabas buscando ha estado delante de ti todo el tiempo? Como cuando buscas tu móvil mientras lo sujetas en tu mano atendiendo a una llamada. O cuando invertiste horas ordenando un listado alfabéticamente en un procesador de textos sin saber que había una función automática para ello. Por suerte (o no tanta), no estás solo en esto.

Cuando personalizas un módulo de Zoho CRM y tienes tu mente en aspectos como añadir campos obligatorios o dar permisos a los usuarios correctos, puede que se te escapen cosas más pequeñas que podrían haber hecho tu trabajo más simple. Echa un vistazo a los siguientes consejos y ¡empieza a usarlos hoy mismo!

Consejo #1: Añade campos a otros módulos.
Utiliza esta opción para añadir campos a múltiples diseños de página, con un sólo clic.

Ejemplo: la empresa en cuestión es distribuidora de productos de alimentación. Por un lado, vende alimentos selectos en su tienda online, y por otro lado, ofrece servicios de catering para pequeños eventos. Para controlar ambas partes de su negocio y separar a posibles clientes interesados en una u otra parte, el módulo de CRM tiene dos diseños: Tienda y Eventos. Mientras que hay campos que difieren de un diseño a otro, el campo "Número de visitante" se necesita en ambos. Para incluirlo:
  1. Crea este campo en uno de los diseños.
  2. En la parte derecha del campo, haz clic en más (...).
  3. Selecciona la opción Agregar a otros diseños.
  4. Escribe el nombre del diseño al que quieras añadir este campo.


Consejo #2: Crea campos para otros módulos.
Cuando crees un nuevo campo en el módulo de Posibles Clientes, siguiendo con el ejemplo, "Número de visitante", tal vez lo necesites en módulos como Contactos. Este paso es importante, por ejemplo, para establecer la conversión de un posible cliente entre páginas de distintos módulos. Para añadir este campo:
  1. Crea el campo en el módulo deseado.
  2. En la parte derecha del campo, haz clic en más (...).
  3. Selecciona Editar propiedades.
  4. En el apartado Crear también para, selecciona el módulo Contactos (o los módulos de interés) y sus correspondientes diseños.


Nota: esta función sólo está disponible desde el módulo de Posibles Clientes.

Consejo #3: Importa opciones de listas de selección predefinidas.
Puedes añadir listas de selección predefinidas de Zoho CRM. Por ejemplo, ya existen listas con los días de la semana, países, etc. Para acceder a ellas:
  1. Crea un campo de Lista de selección.
  2. En la parte derecha del campo, haz clic en más (...).
  3. Accede a Propiedades de la lista de selección.
  4. Selecciona + Agregar opciones en masa.
  5. En este caso, accedemos a Opciones de importación predefinidas.
  6. Haz clic en Agregar opciones.


Si tienes tus propias opciones en algún documento, puedes copiarlas seleccionando en el paso 5 Entrada manual.
