Every industry uses its own jargon. Take healthcare, for example; when you visit a doctor, it's not just an appointment, it's a consultation. The people who provide consultations are the providers. Similarly, in the tranquil world of a spa, a massage is called therapy, and the skilled professionals carrying it out are the massage therapists.
The language used in individual industries adds a unique quality to the experience, and that's why Zoho Bookings has its Custom Labels feature. This enables you to customize the terms used in the application based on your industry's jargon. So, if you're running a clinic, your Bookings app can call appointments Consultations and staff Providers. This isn't just a backstage tweak; these customized terms will be displayed in the Bookings application and on your booking page. It's like giving your business its own linguistic signature!
