Zoho DataPrep: Data Type Does Not Match Column in the Target - Dates

We are attempting to add a last order date to our customers in Zoho CRM that is pulled from a google spreadsheet.

This is the test data fields we are using.

When we import into Zoho Dataprep, we get this error. 

After checking the formatting, it appears we are using the correct format.

Once we accept/ignore the errors and export to our CRM, the changes do not take effect. Our CRM's date format is also the same as we are using across the spreadsheet as well as in DataPrep.

Please advise on what is going wrong as to why the data is not being exported to the CRM. Thanks!
