I have followed this knowledge base support from your zoho site: https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/support-customers-from-your-own-domain-domain-host-mapping . First created a sub-domain(support.website.com), then went to zone editor to point "support.website.com" to cname desk.cs.zohohost.com . But it won't work out. What did I lack?
