Créez des modules d’actions et de logique réutilisables grâce aux subflows
Les subflows vous permettent de concevoir des ensembles d’actions et de logique que vous pouvez ensuite réutiliser dans d’autres flux. Il s’agit de véritables modules d’automatisation que vous pouvez insérer dans vos flux principaux, à la place d’étapes que vous utilisez fréquemment.
Par exemple, pour l’ajout de nouveaux leads ou contacts dans votre CRM, vous pouvez créer une routine de vérification des doublons une seule fois, puis la réutiliser dans tous les flux concernés. Vous pouvez également utiliser les subflows pour des actions telles que le formatage de données, l’envoi d’un document pour validation, ou encore la diffusion de notifications.
Subflows : une logique centralisée pour des automatisations intelligentes
- Le flux principal (flux parent) déclenche un subflow et lui envoie des données spécifiques.
- Le sublfow exécute les actions prévues.
- S’il est configuré pour cela, il renvoie un résultat au flux parent.
- Le flux parent poursuit alors son déroulement normalement.
Ce mécanisme permet de gagner du temps et facilite la maintenance : une mise à jour dans le subflows se répercute automatiquement dans tous les flux qui l’utilisent.
Intégrez vos services externes avec les webhooks sortants de Zoho Flow
Les webhooks sortants vous permettent d’envoyer des requêtes HTTP vers n’importe quelle API externe, directement depuis un flux, sans recourir à du code personnalisé.
C’est l’option idéale pour interagir avec des systèmes tiers, des outils maison, ou des services non pris en charge nativement par Zoho Flow. Il suffit de configurer une URL, les paramètres nécessaires, et votre flux peut créer, modifier ou envoyer des données selon vos besoins.
Un cas courant : connecter un outil de ticketing interne pour y créer automatiquement des tickets ou mettre à jour des statuts.
L’action Envoyer un webhook prend en charge les éléments suivants :
- Méthodes HTTP : GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE
- Formats de requête : JSON, XML ou texte
- Méthodes d’authentification : clé API, authentification de base (Basic Auth), OAuth 1.0a et OAuth 2.0
Les réponses des webhooks sont automatiquement analysées et mises à disposition pour être utilisées dans le reste de votre flux.
