Is Zoho a merchant account provider?
I want to use Zoho subscriptions and I realize i need a payment gateway (I'm going to use authorize.net) but do I need another company to be my merchant or does Zoho subscriptions handle that?

Then when the call to action button on the pricing card is clicked, the card flips over and the contents of the Hosted Base Link is displayed. Change customer company name of an invoice at zoho subscriptions
Hi. Our Client has purchased our service and invoice was generated automatically but then they realized that the company name should be a different one. We tried to change the customer company name of this specific invoice at Zoho subscriptions , but we couldn't.. How should we proceed in that case? Thanks

Send invoices to multiple CUSTOMER recipients
We have some customers who wish to have the invoices we generate emailed to multiple recipients at their company. I know Zoho subscriptions has the ability to add multiple contacts to a single customer, but does that mean ALL communications between Zoho Subscriptions and the customer will automatically get emailed to each and every contact under that customer record?
Custom Views for Subscriptions
When creating a custom view for the list of subscriptions, the available column list does not contain all subscription fields. How can we add a field not listed as a column for a custom view?

Charging the stored credit card prior to subscription renewal date.
Is it possible to setup the billing such that the saved credit card is billed a number of days PRIOR to the renewal date? For example a subscription is due to be renewed on the 20th of this month - I would like to charge the credit card 4 days prior (on the 16th in this example) to ensure the card is working prior to the start of the new subscription period. Please advise.

Changing Subscription
Hi, I have a question about what happens when I edit/change a subscription. When a subscription is created, it automatically pro-rates the amount from the date it was created, until the next billing date - this is good. When I edit a subscription and change, for example, the plan, it prorates from today until the next billing date. However, the issue arises with what happns to the "old" plan. When the "new" plan is less per month than the "old" plan, Zoho doesn't seem to properly credit the account

Help with automatically printing an invoice
Hello, we are currently using two systems for our subscriptions and we would like to condense them all into Zoho Subscriptions. The problem is the people using our old system get paper bills in the mail and we would like to keep it that way. There are not that many people in the old system so I can just manually enter them. Hosted Page does not automatically charge credit card
Hi, I have an issue using Hosted Pages. I am creating one using the api, and displaying it to the user. User then fills in credit card details and subscribes. The subscription in the zoho dashboard is indicated as unpaid, with the charge to be collected on the date the subscription was created. On the next day, the subscription is still unpaid, and the invoice is listed as overdue. Integration Zoho Books and Zoho Subscriptions Inventory
Hi. I was wondering, is there a way to have an integration between Zoho Subscriptions and Zoho Books. So that i can manage inventory for my subscription business? This is my case: 3 Products, 4 billing cycles for each product. Every time i have a new subscriber, depending on billing cycles, reduce the inventory quantity. Example product A, billed annually, subtract 12q from inventory. I cant find a way to check inventory in subscriptions, only in books, and there is no integration. Regards.

It doesn't have the subscription_id my invoice is linked for example, neither the write_off_amount. Is there a way of requesting "All invoices" and receive more than the default JSON properties? Error message that is presented when a charge is attempted via stripe gateway of less than 50 cents.
There have been occasions with our changes that the total for the charge (due to promotions, coupon codes, etc) is less than the minimum Stripe charge of 50 cents. When this situation happens, there is no indication as to the nature of the problem. This situtation needs to be handled in Zoho Subscriptions and an appropriate message sent back to us/customer as to why the attempt failed.

Hi, I would like to use subscription, but it seems that Subscription items (products) are not synch with Zoho Books items. In Books, the item on the invoice is link to the GL account for revenues. Can I set in wich GL account will go the revenues in Subscirption? I have many GL account for revenues, I cannot only push into one account.

Hi, Is there a way to alter the time that an automated email notification is sent? Specifically I'm interested in changing the 'Subscription about to Expire' date, which is currently set at 3 days before expiry. Several days later they want to upgrade to a higher priced subscription. Help with Company based Subscriptions
Hi, I'm currently testing out Subscription in the sandbox, and am struggling to see if im able to use it to allow users to set up a company, that company then subscribes to 'licences' for my web based program, and then assigns it to their users. I want the licences to be grouped and invoiced for on a specific date, and money taken by direct debit. I intend this to work the same as Zoho CRM works. However, It only seems to allow for single user subscriptions and not any group licensing as above.
