Adding Notes to a form

When you add notes to a form to help the person fill out the form it takes the notes that have been written and scrunches it up. It makes the form longer than it needs to be and looks weird.

It would be nice if they stayed the way they are written in the 'Form Customization' stage of the form.

Is there a way to make it look like the 2nd Screenshot shown below?
