Adding or displaying "Accounts" to Campaigns

Adding or displaying "Accounts" to Campaigns

I understand we can add contacts to a campaign, but to really get use out of campaigns I need to be able to add Accounts (or at very least, display the Accounts that the Contacts are associated with).

In my business, we are on first name basis with many of our customers. It is just insufficient for us not to have visibility into which accounts we have yet to approach or have already contacted in a Campaign. 

Does anyone have any ideas?
