New in Zoho Sign: Allow recipients to review and change associated recipients

Greetings!

We are happy to announce the addition of a new recipient role, Manages recipients, in our signature workflows. This role enables a recipient to review, modify, or add details for any recipients associated with them in the workflow. This ensures uninterrupted, streamlined workflows, even if the full recipient details are unknown or uncertain when sending documents out for signatures.

To show how this works, here's a simple example:
  1. The sender uploads a document and creates a signing workflow with three recipients. They give the first recipient the Manages recipients role, while the second and third recipients have the Needs to sign role.
  2. The sender adds the first recipient's name and email but is unsure of those details for the second and third recipient. This is where the first recipient comes in.
  3. Once the document workflow is initiated, the first recipient fills out the names and emails for the second and third recipients. This way, the subsequent recipients receive the document for review and signing without delay.
  4. The sender can track the document progress at any time, and all actions are captured in the audit trail.
For a step-by-step guide on how to make use of this new role, visit our help document.

Try out this role and let us know what you think. If you need assistance or have feedback, drop a comment below or write to us at support@zohosign.com (support@eu.zohosign.com for EU residents).

Happy Zoho Signing!

Cheers,

Nandana Krishnan
