Copy across spreadsheets in Zoho Sheet

Now, you can copy your sheets to other spreadsheets or create a new spreadsheet with them. Not just sheets, copy a cell/range and paste it on any spreadsheet with formats and formulas unchanged.

The feature for creating a copy of a sheet in the same spreadsheet is now available as 'Duplicate'.

Into a new spreadsheet
Want to start a new spreadsheet with an existing sheet? Use the 'Copy to a New Spreadsheet' option. A pop-up appears on your sheet with a 'click here' link to the new spreadsheet created. In case of any reference like formulas, charts, data validations, etc in the sheet, the copy function alerts you about the corresponding reference sheets as well.

For example, to compare the expenses of various years, create a new spreadsheet from an existing sheet. Copy and organize other sheets into the spreadsheet and analyze with ease.

To other existing spreadsheets
Organize sheets as you wish with 'Copy $sheet_name$' option from the copy menu. In the destination spreadsheet, right click on the sheet after which the source sheet is to be added and select 'Paste $sheet_name$'.

With this update, move your data and sheets, anywhere between your spreadsheets in Zoho Sheet.
