We are here with an exciting update to Custom Modules in Zoho CRM. Custom modules will now be available to Standard and Professional Edition users, with expanded support across all editions.

The standard modules offered in Zoho CRM cater to a business's general processes and workflows, and the Standard and Professional editions users must rely on them to meet all of their business needs. However, the introduction of custom modules for users of these two editions unlocks a wealth of new possibilities. With the help of custom modules, businesses can become more flexible by addressing a wider range of requirements, organizing data more effectively, and supporting scalability when necessary.

Here's the breakdown of the improvements :

  1. Expanded Custom Module Support Across Editions : Custom modules are now available in Standard and Professional editions, in addition to Enterprise and Ultimate.
  2. No More User-Based Restrictions : The limits are no longer tied to the number of users in your organization. This change ensures greater scalability without additional constraints.
  3. The custom module count is inclusive of the Organization Module and Team Module combined. For instance, if a user has purchased an Enterprise edition, they can add either 200 Organization modules or 200 Team modules or a total of 200 organization and team modules for their account.
