Manejo de la solicitudes de los interesados cuyos datos se recopilan
Los interesados pueden ejercer sus derechos a través del portal o mediante correo electrónico y llamadas telefónicas. Ahora puede supervisar las solicitudes de los interesados cuyos datos se recopilan y gestionarlas de forma puntual desde dentro de Zoho CRM.
Vaya a la pestaña Privacidad de datos en la página de detalles de registro (para los módulos habilitados para GDPR) y ahora verá una sección llamada Solicitudes de los interesados.
Cuando recibe la solicitud del interesado a través del teléfono o correo electrónico, puede añadirla manualmente a la página de detalles de registro.
Cuando los interesados añaden una solicitud a través del portal, la solicitud se captura automáticamente por comparación con el registro contenido en Zoho CRM. Una vez añadida la solicitud, se pueden iniciar las acciones apropiadas para tratar la solicitud de acuerdo con su tipo.
Por ejemplo, cuando añade una nueva Solicitud para exportar datos, inmediatamente se le presentarán tres botones para atender la solicitud: Enviar correo electrónico, Cerrar solicitud y Eliminar solicitud. Si pulsa "Enviar correo electrónico", puede escribir el contenido que desee en la ventana emergente de correo electrónico donde el registro se ha adjuntado automáticamente como archivo CSV. Puede también eliminar la solicitud o incluso cerrarla una vez atendida.
Puede supervisar las solicitudes de los interesados incluso en el panel de control "Visión general" desde Configuración>Valores de cumplimiento de normas>Visión general.

Preferencias de cumplimiento del GDPR
Ahora hemos añadido más valores referentes al consentimiento de los usuarios y el manejo de sus datos personales en la pestaña Preferencias de los valores de cumplimiento del GDPR.
Período de espera:
Cuando elige consentimiento como base legal para procesar los datos de los interesados, puede enviar un formulario de consentimiento para obtener su consentimiento en Zoho CRM.
En "Detalles del consentimiento", puede especificar un periodo de espera para obtener el consentimiento. Cuando este periodo finalice, el registro pasará al estado "Sin respuesta" y se bloqueará automáticamente.
Acciones cuando no se obtiene el consentimiento:
Puede elegir qué desea hacer con un registro cuando el estado del consentimiento es Pendiente o En espera. Puede elegir:
- Procesar datos de la forma usual
- Detener el proceso de datos
- Restringir determinadas acciones, tales como Correo electrónico, Llamada, Edición, Acceso a datos mediante API, etc.
Manejo de datos personales:
En Manejo de datos personales, puede impedir que los datos almacenados en campos personales se transfieran hacia aplicaciones de Zoho, aplicaciones de terceros, una API y mediante exportaciones. Pulse aquí para leer más sobre el manejo de datos personales en Zoho CRM.
