Important notice for WordPress users: SalesIQ plugin updates

Hello everyone,

This post would concern only the users who have SalesIQ integrated with their WordPress sites.

We have now updated the method to connect your SalesIQ account to your WordPress site using the SalesIQ plugin. We now have a dedicated link exclusively for WordPress, instead of copying the entire SalesIQ widget code.

Check out our WordPress help guide for the detailed steps.

Key-points:

  1. This change will not affect you if you have already added SalesIQ to your website.

  2. However, If you create a new brand and link it to your WordPress site you must use the new method.

  3. Due to a recent WordPress standardization policy, JS APIs are no longer supported on sites built using WordPress.
