Introducing Fair Evaluation for Interviews

Introducing Fair Evaluation for Interviews

Collaboration is key in recruitment, but it’s important to ensure individual interviewers’ assessments are not influenced by others. With Fair Evaluation, you can choose how and when interviewers can see reviews of a candidate for the same job opening.

Here's how it works

Fair Evaluation offers three visibility options, each designed to offer varying levels of transparency while eliminating bias.

Private

Interviewers can only see their own reviews.
Idea
Ideal for hiring scenarios where maintaining complete independence in feedback is essential. For example, when hiring for leadership positions, unbiased perspectives can help highlight unique traits or red flags without the influence of others' opinions.

Restricted

Interviewers can view related reviews, but only after submitting their own.
Idea
Best for collaborative hiring processes where independent evaluations are important, but additional context is helpful post-review. For instance, technical roles where interviewers may want to understand how a candidate performed across different assessments, like coding challenges or problem-solving tasks.

Public

Interviewers can view related reviews at any time during the process.
Idea
Suitable for fast-paced hiring environments or roles requiring collective input early in the process. For example, when hiring for cross-functional roles, having visibility into all feedback ensures everyone aligns on the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses, streamlining decision-making.
Once enabled, interviewers will be able to see the Related Reviews tab from the Interview Quick View (Interview Kit) page.
