To promote the store openings, the marketing team needed a multichannel strategy that connects with clients across touchpoints. We’ll look at how they use Zoho Campaigns to make it happen.
Capturing Interest with Pop-ups
Zylker’s campaign begins with a pop-up created using Zoho Campaigns, “Zylker Stores opening near you! Register to attend our launch event.”
Using Zoho Campaigns’ built-in pop-up templates, the team customizes the page body, text, input fields, and CTA button. They also adjust the timing and placement. For instance, the pop-up is triggered after the visitor scrolls through a portion of the page indicating genuine interest.
This is done to catch attention without disrupting the user experience. They can also customize the confirmation email or thank-you message. Once a visitor submits the form, they’re added directly to a mailing list.
From here, marketers can choose from advanced options like:
- Pushing contacts into Zoho CRM
- Pushing to a workflow
This simple pop-up becomes a gateway for deeper engagement.
Sending Emails to Engaged Contacts
Whether you’re announcing a product launch or promoting an event, Zoho Campaigns is built for sending email campaigns to a large audience with ease.
Once a visitor registers via the form, Zylker’s marketer Shirley uses Zoho Campaigns’ drag-and-drop email editor to create personalized emails that reflect the brand and announce the launch specifics like location, timing, key speakers, and more. With customizable templates and scheduling options, Zoho Campaigns makes it easy to send timely, professional emails to a large audience.

- Reminder emails a few days before the event
