Tip of the Week #65– Share email drafts with your team for quick feedback.

Whether you're replying to a tricky customer question or sharing a campaign update, finding the right words—and the right tone—can be tough. You just wish your teammates could take a quick look and give their suggestions before you send it. Sometimes, it’s not about fixing the email—it’s just about knowing you’re not sending it alone.
That’s exactly where "Share Draft" steps in. After writing your email, just hit the Share Draft button and select who should see it. They’ll get a view-only version to review—and you get to send your message with confidence! No copying and pasting into chats, no long feedback threads; pick who you want to review it, and done. You can even use comments to have a discussion about the draft as you're collaborating.

Steps to share an email draft in Zoho TeamInbox
Sharing a draft with your team in Zoho TeamInbox is easy and simple.
  1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
  2. Click the Plus icon in the top right corner of the left pane.
  3. Click Compose Email.
  4. After drafting your email, click the "Share Draft" option in top right corner of composer window.
  5. Choose the team members you want to share the email draft with.


So the next time you're drafting a tricky customer response, an important announcement, or even just a quick update, pause for a second, hit Share Draft, and make sure your message is clear, accurate, and on point.
