Unable to update employee data in Zoho People. "Bad Request" error

Hi there,

I am trying to update employee data via the Update Record API: https://www.zoho.com/people/api/update-records.html. For this, I am using Postman. When I am posting the request to your server to update data of the specified employee, I am getting a "400. Bad Request" error in an HTML response (see the following screenshot). 

I also tried specifying the "recordId" and "inputData" request parameters as form-data, but I was not able to update the field values of the specified employee as a new error popped-up( "Sorry! Server error occurred.").  Could you please let me know what the correct request for the "Update Record APi" is?
