Web Tabs in Zoho Projects

Web Tabs are browser tabs that can be accessed within Zoho Projects. You can associate a web tab to specific projects and user profiles. By doing so, only the users of that particular project will be able to access the web tab. To create a Web Tab, you must embed the URL of a third party application with Zoho Projects.

For instance, if you want to view a video from Zoho Projects, you can embed the video link from the web browser and add it as a web tab. Once the web tab is created, you can navigate to the project and the module will be displayed on the top panel. Click the module tab to view the video. A web tab can also be used for embedding calendars, forms and spreadsheets. Click here to learn more about Web Tabs.

Here are some more uses of a web tab:

Maps: Embed maps inside Zoho Projects and share location with project users easily.

Excel Sheets: Share spreadsheets and their data with other project users.

Calendars: Add and view your calendar within Zoho Projects to manage your meetings and schedules.

Zoho Creator Forms: You can add forms from Zoho Creator which can be customized based on your business requirements.
