Why we cant select muti reviewer in zoho people continuous review

Hi, In zoho people continuous reviews option there is no way to select a multi reviewer and this thing is creating a problem for us. We really like the continuous review feature but the only thing is that it only supports one level reviewer. Like every organization ha sits own process for performance view so in our organization we rate the performance on 2 levels. First rating given by manager and second rating by director  So now in continuous review only manager has the option to rate the team member.

We also have the option to use the appraisal cycle instead but appraisal cycle does not fit in our scenario. Because we do performance review on monthly basis . So please suggest what to do and why continuous does not have the option to select multi reviewer ? whats the logic behind this ? please explain
