Zoho Projects: Quarterly Updates | Q2, 2020
Dear Users,
We would like to share the quarterly updates for the period April to June.
Timesheet layouts & fields:
In Zoho Projects, users can now create layouts for timesheets and associate them while adding time logs. Custom fields can be added while creating these layouts. Initially, the time logs will be associated with the standard layout. If the standard layout is modified, the changes will reflect in all the associated projects.
Outlook adaptive cards now support blueprint transitions:
Microsoft Office 365 integration now lets users perform blueprint transitions using the Outlook Adaptive Cards sent via email.
Dependency status is now hyperlinked:
In Zoho Projects, you can see the dependency status in the task details page. You can hover over the status and view all the dependent tasks. Clicking on the individual task name will open the respective detail page.
Sync project template to Zoho Sprints:
Project templates can be created from any existing project which is already integrated with Zoho Sprints. A user can select "Add template to Zoho Sprints" option to create the template. The new template will display the backlog and upcoming sprints of the linked project. In case projects are not linked between Zoho Projects and Zoho Sprints, a blank template will be created in Sprints.
