I have been working with the scripting feature and I'm trying to figure out how to create a way to delete records automatically based on the age of the record. Any help would be appreciated.
Deluge comments disappearing
It appears that comments I have in my code are being removed. At first I thought I was going crazy, but after typing my comments numerous times, I feel confident in saying that my comments are being removed. It's not all of the comments all of the time. There's no pattern.
Creator Expenses Report question
The sub-categories are not populating with the Category selection. Meaning once I click the category, the sub category has the full list to choose from which is very annoying instead of just the subcategories that are associated with the particular category I selected.
Locking down certain drop-down choices
I'm wondering if it's possible to restrict the ability to select particular items within a drop-down field. Specifically, I have a field that has a long list of months/years to select from. I need to keep those old 2008 and 2009 dates, but I'd like to make it so nobody can ever select a past month once that month has passed.

I have a form which contains 2 fields (disabled from entry) that I want to update with a recalcuation based on updates being done to anyone of 4 other fields on that same form. Have tried a number of different way, but it seems the only way is to put the code against the 'On Update' action for all of the 4 dependant fields? Thanks in advance

I have a form called "Add Showing" (form A) When the form is submitted, an "on success" script autosends an email to a recipient specified in the form. In the body of the email is a link for a form entitled "Feedback Survey" (form B). Make form public but view private?
I just created an application to prescreen job applicants. I want to send them to the form without having to sign up for anything, but keep the view hidden from them. So basically the form should be public for anyone who finds that URL to be able to submit, but the view would be limited to users. How do I do that?
Changing the value of zoho.loginuser
For testing purposes, it would be great if a developer of an app could change the value of zoho.loginuser. I've written an app that behaves differently depending upon who the user is. For testing, I have to login as each person to verify their roles. It would be better if I could simply change the value of zoho.loginuser and effectively become that other user without logging out and back in so frequently.

I am trying to track some payroll information I have used drop down menus: (supervisor, driver, parts employee, Crew Member 4, Crew member 5) that, when selected, automatically input each employees wages (martha mae wages, marcia troyer wages etc) by using formula of calculating the "Clean Time" field * whatever I input for each employee hourly rate. Hi; i'm not a developer but i have been able to create an application that suits my needs, just have one last problem. i have created a stateless form that auto-populates data from another record within the application, but is there a way to print the form once the user has completed it? ...or even better yet, to create a pdf of the form, say by clicking one of the form buttons at bottom of form? alternatively i could redesign the form so that it is not stateless if that makes it easier. mike

Hello friends, Is it possible to fill in 2 fields at once using lookup in Creator? My database has 2 forms: sales report and tax rates. From the tax rates forms I have 2 fields: COUNTY and TAX RATE. Both these fields are also in the sales report form. Instead of using the lookup object for both, can I not just select the COUNTY and have the corresponding TAX RATE automatically filled in? Sequential Dropdowns
Hi I am trying to alter the options available in a dropdown field based on the values entered in 2 preceding dropdowns. So, for example dropdown 1 allows the choices "core", "higher" and "advanced", dropdown 2 has a choice from 10 values (e.g. general, acutely ill, cardiothoracic) and then dropdown 3's list depends on the combination of values from dropdowns 1 and 2. That means Core-->General-->dropdown 3 choices will be different from Higher-->General-->dropdown 3 choices. Can you give me any guidance
