Instant actions gone from Workflow Rules?
I had the Pro edition some time ago. It was downgraded to the free edition for a period of time, but now I've upgraded it again to Pro. I had set some workflow rules that included Scheduled actions when a new lead was created, and suddenly they don't work anymore. Instead a note says only available in Enterprise edition. Am I losing my mind or did Zoho change this feature essentially downgrading the pro edition while increasing the price. If this is the case it's back to free for me and that was
Search within a Multi-line Field of more than 2,000 Characters
Hi, I need to perform a search within a multi-line field that has more than 2,000 characters. However the filter function isn't available if we increase the character limit to more than 2,000, and the global search isn't very accurate (gives many irrelevant results). How can I do the search then? Besides, can you report the filter issue to the product team to see if they can integrate that to their next update? Best way to export data between a Zoho CRM to 3rd party database

We have almost customized our CRM to the way we needed, but we need to export our completed deals data to a small proprietary database hosted on amazon. Which is the correct / easiest way to do this on Zoho's end? Use a webhook (in zoho CRM) to send the completed deals on Zoho CRM's recordid info to our amazon host. which will then trigger the zoho api (hosted on amazons server) to pull the data from zoho? Webhook to Lead
We are trying to get Leads into CRM from another CRM (completely different than Zoho). I thought we can use Webhooks, the problem is that Zoho Webhooks seem to be made only to Send data out of Zoho. Still I see Zoho Webhooks can be setup with the Method "GET". Do anybody know how to get Leads into Zoho CRM? Is it possible to receive Webhooks? Somehow? Here's my set up. I have an education center for kids. Each family has an account. Each parent is a contact. Each kid is a contact and has the birthdate field filled. CRM Enterprise Edition includes 1GB of storage per org + 1GB of storage per user. It also includes unlimited Records. Am I correct in assuming that the storage used by these records doesn't affect the Storage limits? 2nd question: Does anything other than Attachments affect the Storage limits? Thanks!

Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM
Using ZOHO mobile version there is no way to see the email associated to a contact or to a lead, this makes ZOHO useless on the move, and this is opposite to the trend in the CRM industry. But also moving from IMAP to POP configuration, as I had to do recently to integrate ZOHO and ZOHO mail , you will lose all the associations between Deals and Emails.... Unable to add Widget
Hi, I am unable to add a widget to Zoho CRM. I followed the procedure on how to create, validate and pack the widget (please see attached screen shot which shows validation successful). Webhook JSON Post Error
I'm attempting to create a webhook that sends an HTTP request to create a contact using Freshdesk's API (http://developer.freshdesk.com/api/#contacts), which is pretty straightforward. I've been able to create new contacts on Freshdesk with a Ruby script, but I cannot get it to work with the webhook on Zoho. searchRecords API not returning all matched results
We have been retrieving a list of all potentials with a stage of "1. To Quote (requested from COPs)" and it has been working perfectly for well over a year. However, today, it has not been returning all the results. I am pretty sure it is not our query at fault as we haven't changed anything. Parent Account Field not an option on Conditional Layouts
I use Parent / Child account relationships. I'm trying to use a conditional layout if the Parent Field is empty but the "Parent Field" is not an available option. Any chance it could be added? Can't run workflow rule on a lead created from a form submission
I have a form created with Zoho Forms on our website. The form when submitted creates a new lead in our CRM with a specific name in our "Lead Source" field. I want to use a workflow rule to create an action if that field matches what is submitted from the form, but the workflow rule does not trigger. The workflow rule is On Record Action; Create -> Where Lead Source = Buyer's Guide.-> Send Email. Using Campaigns to Promote Event, but want a registration form so I know who will attend...
I am using ZOHO Campaings to promote a meeting/event we are going to have whereby people will attend the meeting in person at a venue (not a webinar). We want to use Campaigns to send invites and market the event, but we want to be able to have the people who opt in to attend the event fill out a REGISTRATION form so we can have an accurate headcount and name of who is attending. Our event will require a headcount for meals and for an after event baseball game (where we have to purchase tickets).
