Sub-Products (Components) in Inventory Management
Hello, We are a manufacturing business / OEM where we assemble products and sell. Is it possible to have components in the CRM that make up a product we sell which would allow us to see inventory of sub products? Sub products are never sold directly to the customer, yet we need to track their inventory, reorder levels, etc. Thanks, B
Add Confirmation window to Blueprints Transitions
People click Transitions by mistake from time to time. It's once in a while, still in training when you move the mouse over any Transition you know that click it by mistake is hard to Undo. In our case to Undo a mistaken Transition clicked we need to go and create a "temporary" Transition to go back and then delete that "temporary" Transition, which requires to move all records in actual states to the new versions. So, it makes sense a simple "Ok/Cancel" window to confirm the Transition was clicked.
Functions to return id and update record
The idea is that we want to do the following: 1. We have a data import 2. Function is executed for each record in the import 3. Function gets a Contact_ID based on a different field (our own user_id that the incoming records will have) 4. Function returns the Contact_ID 5. Imported record is updated with Contact_ID I created the function but I can't return any data (says it's impossible with void functions but I can't change it). And in the workflow rules how can I use whatever function returns

I went to the Office 365 app store, and found Zoho CRM for O365, I click get it now, and I associated my Zoho account with a brand new trial version of zoho when I meant to link it with my already existing account. Can't find some sent e-mails
I have used Zoho Mail through Chrome and things were going fine last months. However, I've just looked for some e-mails I sent hours ago and I can't find most of them. Will deleting all Leads, editing offline, and re-uploading Leads, disturb data in other modules?
My goal is to mass edit the Leads module, removing duplicates, cleaning up fields, changing tags etc. I know that I can't make those changes without downloading leads, deleting leads from zoho module, editing offline and re-uploading. Help with integratng Deals and Quotes

How do you delete email history in a record?
Using the Gmail integration, there are emails that are coming into Zoho that I do not want recorded in the account/contact/lead record for various reasons; sometimes, for instance, customers send us their credit card information by email (unsolicited) and obviously we do not want that recorded in the system. I assumed I could just go into the record in question and delete the selected emails but it seems there is no way to do that?
Auto updating Sales Pipeline

Hello there. I have one Zoho CRM extension which makes use of this library. It works perfectly in many browsers, but not in Safari 10.1 and 11.2. Apparently, the event PageLoad never triggers on Safari, for there are no errors reported. I also tried to debug this, but I never got to the callback function passed as listener for this event.

I would like to get Zoho Phonebridge integrated into our Digium Switchvox phone system. Importing Accounts Help Needed
I am trying to import our data so we can go live with CRM. When importing accounts all fields import properly except for phone and zip code where for some reason zoho inserts an = sign and quotes around the field (does not exist in the CSV file I am using to import). Some CRM programs allow you to create non-exclusive groups and add accounts to them.
