Using People for Non Zoho Users
We are ZOHO ONE Subscribers - All of our corporate staff are a part of ZOHO ONE however, we have outside installers that do not use ZOHO that we would like to be able to put in PEOPLE. Zoho People API Sign-In
I would like to create zoho sign-in, kind of like the one google has. I want to input email and password into an endpoint and get all the info from the people employee form. That way i can validate the role of the user/employee. I am just not sure if i can do it right now, the people API seems to be only available for admins.

Export New Balance Reason
Hi, In the Leave-Tracker > Settings > Customize Balance, it is possible to add a Reason for new Balance of an Employee. We do that all the time. Where can we find a history including the Reason Text for balance updates? Obviously it is not possible this time, neither through Peole Leave Tracker nor Analytics. Leave balances wrong after mid-end december update - Non existing - Technical support....
I'm really upset with "support" of zoho. I'm stuck with a big problem concerning all leave balances. They are totally wrong since last zoho update in december. I've tried to call everyday but support is still busy. I've left message to call me back, but nothing happens. I have only some e-mails from support that tell me "sorry for the delay in response" but nothing else. I'm paying 750$ per year since 5 years.... This is a shame and not serious. You loose my datas and you have to repair that.

People Time Tracker sync to Books missing the "Work Item"
Hi, We log time through Zoho People (and Zoho Projects) and the tracked time gets synced to Zoho Books. Unfortunately the "Work Item Text" not gets synced to Zoho Books, but this is the information we need on the invoices. When will you update the sync interface to sync "Work Item" as well? Can we pay you to update the sync-interface? At least, we need to export the UNBILLED time log from Zoho Books.
Rounding issue
In Zoho Attendance Management System there is a functionality that clocking less than 9 hours is half day leave and less than 5 hours is full day leave. Unfortunately there is a catch here. What if the less than is by a few minutes? Shouldn't there a merciful rounding?

Unable to publish course
Hi, I have created a course on Zoho People LMS. Uploaded the files, enabled the settings but for some reason when I click on publish an errors pops up 'Add at least one file or link to publish this course.' Also, I am unable to add members the 'click here to add new members' does not have a hyperlink to enable me to select members. Am I missing something?

Simple Time Clock...?
Is there a simple time clock is available? We would like our employee's to be able to clock in and out, as simply and easily as possible. We don't have projects or anything like that. Just punch in and out. That's it. Without having to navigate through websites and multiple clicks.. If this isn't a feature, I am suggesting it.
