Subtasks
When I add subtasks to a task and then I try to move them under another task list => they disappear from the tasks view! I can still see the ticket using the URL that I found in my email notification but: 1) I can't move it under another task-list from there 2) There is no way to see them under the task view 3) There is no way to delete those tasks This is extremely disappointing!
Pass word protection for projects
Hi, I'm new to Zoho and was wondering if there is a way to password protect each project so that a project can only be viewed by someone with the password. Or--a project collaborator can only view certain aspects of the project with a password. I hope this makes sense.
Reporting on Project from inside CRM
I need to be able to report on projects from inside CRM - for example I need to be able to Report on a Project and see the associated contacts or I need to report projects and see the associated potential/account. Hi I am testing my implementation of Zoho apps. I created a project and a task within the project. When creating the task, I selected "add to google calendar" and "add to google task". I assigned the task to myself. The task is not showing up in either Google Tasks or Google Calendar. What am I missing? Any suggestions for how I troubleshoot this? Thanks Brendon
Clients: Replying without Logging In
Hello, I was pretty excited about all the email integration Zoho Projects has - so that clients don't have to log in and can just reply to various emails to participate. However, I just noticed that they all need to log in, create accounts, and verify their email address before they can actually do this, which is a big bummer to me. I would have thought this would be easy. It's not. I want to remove a contractor from a project so they don;t have access to the account. Is this an upgrade option?
Setting Login Page
As the administrator, I would like to be able to define what project and page my team members first see when they log into the portal. My scenario is that we only have one project and they will need to be working in the Forums section almost exclusively. I would like to set the default so that when they log in, that project is selected and the Forums tab is selected. I played around some with the tabs order but that didn't seem to have the effect I was looking for. Is what I am trying to do
Forum post via email doesn't always work
Sometimes when I click reply, I only see the team members' emails in the To field, not the zoho email that's associated with the forum, so my reply will be sent to the members directly as email but doesn't get tracked in the forum. I'm using Gmail, but guess that doesn't matter.

Hello, Currently when filtering tasks, one can filter by a person's name, or "unassigned" only. I see one big missing option for admins/owners: the ability to filter tasks by ALL owners, not just one at a time or unassigned. Our project coordinator needs better ability to see across all tasks, no matter the owner, which are due today, overdue, etc... Same for milestones - he needs to be able to see across all owners. This also applies to the Reports tab Gantt view in the Enterprise version. thanks!

Hello, Just started with Zoho Projects and I have a question: When I post my own reply on a forum topic that is not opened by me I receive a notification in email regarding this post, even if I am not watching that forum topic and also I did not select my username to be notified about my post (I can't do that even I wanted). Exporting Time Reports
I am trying to export time reports from each project. I get the "it will be mailed to you when done" message. But I ran them 6-hrs ago and still have not received. Note: I am getting email from other people at the same address the reports are going to. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi, Totally new to Project, looks good but two questions concerning names: 1. How to add real names to email addresses, for easier "in group" identification. 2. How to show people who are working on important aspects of the project who will not have any access to the program and, in some cases do not have e-mail anyway. Within Zoho Projects it would be very helpful to have customizable roles within the project other than just contractor, manager the other (I can't remember right now). Different projects have many different roles and you can pigeon hole someone to those three titles without offending somebody. steve.lovell

Hi, I would like to add a suggestion for using Forum posts on Zoho Projects. Presently, while replying to a forum post, the creator of the forum post cannot add or remove a defualt user to be notified. Is it possible to make a task so that it cannot be completed unless all the users assigned to it check it off? I have employees and clients checking tasks as complete and I have no way to check they have been done correctly

Bugs Total Inbound Email Failure

Make own priorities
At the moment we can choose between priorities None, Low, Medium and High for a task. That makes sense. Still, we have cases, where we would like to be able to specify our own "priorities", especially to be used to decide priorities for ongoing application development, eg - Order - Request with great potential - Must have - Request with little potential - Want to have - Consider Each "priority" of course should have a custom colour. michel
Gmail API for Projects - Bug?
I am new to Zoho Projects and so far it meets all my needs. The one issue I had is if I added a task from the Gmail API, the task and related information would be added to the correct task list. On viewing it later in Zoho Projects however, the task does not show up in the task list, but does show up in the dashboard. If you navigate to the task by clicking on it from the dashboard, then only do all the tasks that were entered from the API show up correctly in the task lists. Has anyone come across this?

Can't Upgrade My Plan

API - Logout is not working
I am seeing 'active sessions' even after issuing logout call. Following are the results of my logout call. # #Mon Jan 09 04:33:26 PST 2012 RESULT=TRUE I am using CURL to make a. login b. do some action c. logout. But I am seeing the active sessions even after logout. This is leading to maximum concurrent connection problem after a limit. I cannot reuse session as I am writing a stateless application.

Is it possible to associate and already created task with a milestone? Atm, it seems you have to create the milestone and than create a new task/task list associated with that new milestone. also, does copying a task list, copy over the associated milestones?
