Gantt Charts
Our team really likes the gantt chart reports feature. However it would be a lot more useful if it had some more features. 1. It is essential to be able to map the full timeline of a project even if it crosses across years. At the moment we can map to the end of 2010 but have to look at each month of 2011 separately. 2. It would be extremely useful to be able to separate threads on the gantt chart by project/task list/accountabilities 3. If the above can't be delivered it would be great to have a
Meeting Date Incorrect
I've started using Zoho project and I scheduled a meeting for 7pm today and it shows as 1am tomorrow. It looks like a time zone issue but I selected the correct timezone before I created the meeting. Can you please let me know what is wrong? Thanks!
Are subscribed task and event calendars readonly?
We are currently evaluating whether or not to use Zoho versus TeamBox, Basecamp, Box.net, or 5pm. I am little annoyed that it has been a day since I submitted technical support a question. Doesnt bode well for our confidence that Zoho is a viable solution. While we have exercised most of the functionality, the one thing I am not able to do is to get the subscribed tasks working two-way. I can see the tasks and events nicely in both Lightening and iCal, but in both clients, the calendars are marked
Task Reminder
Is there any way to setup an automated task reminder? I know you send an email right away but that is not so helpful if the task is due in a month. An automated reminder set for a week before or a day before would work better. Please let me know!

Share same document between two(or more) projects?
We need to share/link the same document to multiple projects. How do we go about doing that? Attaching the same document multiple times is not going to work because changes to that document need to be reflected in all projects. Is there a way to somehow link to actual Google Docs documents(rather than upload/attach)?

As a manager or administrator can we add timesheet entries for employees? If not, this seems like a logical thing to add to Projects Timesheet.

Better way to manage what clients see / User privileges
Hi, I'm very happy today to see that Zoho Projects have now introduced Bug Tracking (Beta). This is great and happy that you listen to your clients suggestions. This is a very important features for our work flow here. One of my biggest concerns with Zoho is now what do the clients see? I may be missing a section or its not clear enough but I can't seem to manage user privileges as much as I'd like. So for example can a client assigned to a project see Tasks? Bugs? Discussions? A DOCUMENT DISSAPEARED¡¡¡¡ HELP¡¡¡
Hello, Something strange has happened in the documents section. We were trying to upload a new version of the document "6 PLAN DE SEGURIDAD.doc", but when it is suppoused to be finished the whole document, with all its versions, dissapeared. In fact, when you look it up in the "all documents" filter it says that there are 21 documents, but only shows 20, and it's not possible to access the last one (I supposed the missed one). The only way of finding the documet is in search section. I don´t understand

Maximum parameter length
I'm trying to add a note to a task in Zoho Projects via the API, and I get an error with code 6831 and message "Input Parameter Exceeds Maximum Length". It would be really useful if this error message also said which field was in error (although I'm 99% sure it's the notes field), and what the maximum length is. But since it doesn't, can anyone answer that question for me?
MEETING'S DATE DOESN'T CHANGE

Hi, It would be great that by clicking on the link in every task of a report will take you directly to the content of the task, instead of taking you to the list of them, as now. That would be much more useful. Thanks.
Usability issue within timesheet application
Hello there!! I came across an usability issue while filling my timesheet using Zoho. The white space on the right of radio button options also carry a hotspot which is creating a kind of disturbance when I accidently click on it. Total duration vs. Time to go on tasks/milestones
I'm just noticing that Projects is displaying not the time remaining until due, but the total duration from start to finish for my tasks. The time to go would be much more useful and informative. I care much less about the fact that it is a 6 month task than I do that it is due in two days! Is there a way to configure projects to show time to go? I can't find it. Thanks, -p

CAN´T READ FULL PROJECT NAME
Hello, I have just updated the program and discovered that with the new changes you implemented today it´s not possible to read the full project name on the top menu, below the name of the company. That is because you added a new section indicator (preceded by an arrow) and there´s not enough space on the left to read the full name of the project (only 15 letters). This is very annoying for me because I have a lot of projects that start the same and I can not differenciate which project I am working

Adding a document from Google Docs doesn't work anymore
Hello. Adding documents from Google Docs worked well up to last week. Then i've been trying to "upload" a Google Docs document to my projects documents with no success. The problem is that i can choose a document to "upload", it appears in the list, but when i click "Upload file", Zoho says: "File with zero size cannot be uploaded". It seems that it wants a filename in the "Select file* :" field, but it must not ask it if i've already chosen a google's one, doesn't it? Thank you.

I inadvertently added a client user as a client (e.g. Client name is "johndoe@company.com". How can I remove them from the client list? I have no users underneath this client but I do not see an editing feature for clients in Project.
