[Projects 2.0] :Cannmot see my Pages on Wiki Welcome Page...
I jsut created a bunch of sites and sub sites in a Wiki and unfortunately aI now cannot see them on teh Wiki welcome site in my navigation. There I still only see "Homeoage" but none of the sub-pages I created. It seems they do not have a reference to the top page because in the sitemap I can only see them but not the Home page.... [Projects 2.0] :Calendar and week numbers
Hi, Your calendar starts with sunday as the first weekday. In Denmark we start with monday as the first weekday. Would it be possible to make a setting that could change this? Is it possible to change the calendar lookup in to date, so it automatically selects the from date? If from date is not present, it selects today? The week numbers do not match the actual calendar. Reccuring Tasks, Task Lists, or Milestones?
Hello, Is there a way to allow a task, task list or milestone in zoho projects to recur every month, week, or day? That way I can define a list of tasks for specific days and not have to recreate the list over and over or manually reinsert a template. For example, if I want to work on a set of tasks for a certain project every tuesday, I can define my tasks and when I log into my "Work Calendar" it will appear every tuesday as if it is a new set of tasks for the day? Thanks!
Task order
The tasks on my homepage and within individual contacts always list out of order. I know I can click the Due Date header to arrange them, but it would be helpful to just have them automatically appear by due date. Whenever I leave the page and return, they are out of order again. Is there any way to always have tasks sorted by Due Date?
Where is my archived project?
Hi there, I have just archived a project in Zoho Projects, and amn't sure where it has gone? The help section says it will appear on the left hand side of the dashboard (it hasn't) but i think that probably refers to before you updated the interface. It's probably really obvious, and I'll be very embarrassed when you tell me! Thanks!

Yes, Projects in the projects panel can be re-arranged. Zoho Projects offers two methods, namely Drag & Drop, Sort Alphabetically in which Projects can be re-arranged. To re-arrange the projects, 1. Click on "reorder projects" icon. 2. Drag and Drop the projects as per the requirement and click "Save Project Order" button. 3. Print function in Forums - how to expand forum posts?
Is there any way to print the content of forums with the individual posts expanded? We use the print function extensively for offline archive of the forum contents. Many of our posts in the forums are quite long and are automatically abbreviated. Before Projects 2.0 arrived, I could manually expand each post by clicking "more" and then use the browser print function to print the whole page with all of the posts expanded. It was somewhat time consuming but manageable. Now this functionality is gone
No Milestone view
I thought I was blind, after looking for several minutes there appears to be no way to see the highest level of the entire project - the milestones. You can only see your personal milestones, but as the project manager I need to see all the milestones not just the tasks. Also, shouldn't you be able to create task dependencies before you create dates or when you create the dependency the date should automatically shift.

Hi, I like Zoho but wish there was a better way of communicating with others when completing a task. If I complete a task and want to let others know, I have to include their names in the 'owners' drop down in order for them to get an email notification. The email they receive states that I am assigning them a task. Is there a better way to complete a task, or update its status and email people at the same time? I wish Zoho had the ability to create subfolders within existing document folders. Thanks,

There is a problem in Project whereby the following Symbols won't Stick/Save in a Show Presentation which is opened in Project. It seems to work fine in Show itself. The following Symbols won't Save: Sun, Puzzle, Diamond, Flower, and Cloud. Would be appreciated if someone could check these out for us - especially the Cloud Regards - Graeme
Can't add Email ID's
In My Account >> My Email IDs, I cant add email Id which was already posted as User in any of the projects. I just added the email id in users part of the project, later am deleted that email id and am trying add the same id in "My Email Ids" part, its telling the message like "Email address already exist". Ooooops !
Frustrated with tasks
Why is the dependency view separate from the general task view? That is extremely frustrating, and I am not sure I understand the point? Most of my frustration comes from the fact that I didnt realize they were two separate things until I already went ahead and setup an entire project. I was thinking I could go back and setup the dependencies. That does not appear to be the case. Am I missing something, can I actually do this? Thanks.

Calendar at a Glance
We are using Zoho Projects and there are a lot of pros to most features except for the calendar. For us, there are many "projects" that never end and are continuously ongoing. We need and use the calendar function to reference employees time off, appointments, client meetings in and out of the office etc. Right now there is no way that we can see everything that is going on across all projects for all people for any given day, week or month. Hello, This sort of falls in line with other user requests to have customizable user roles feature within a project. I would like to see more access control features given to the 'Document' section of a project. For example, a company president should have access to see all confidential documents belonging to a project, but an employee or contractor should not be able to see those documents at all. Also, the ability to create sub folders and organize/group documents logically within the 'Documents'

Hi, I just downgraded my account from the $12 plan to the free plan. I was surprised to see that I cannot start a chat or a wiki, although they are included in the free plan.
