Employee cant see projects
I have an employee that is logged into zoho projects but cant see any projects even though i can see he is added to the project his email is sergio@click-advisors.com if that matters

Hi, I just downgraded my account from the $12 plan to the free plan. I was surprised to see that I cannot start a chat or a wiki, although they are included in the free plan. Previously I had seven projects running, and when I downgraded it randomly chose one project to keep (for which I didn't have chat and wiki). Appreciate your help on this. Thanks eliasdabbas

I have created three companies for customer users and some users. I can delete the users (via the waste basket button), but how to delete the companies? This is not a rights issue as the portal admin can't delete them either...
Sharing documents between projects
Can documents be associated among multiple projects? I am working on a large federal project and we now have 24 sub-projecs. We are debating between setting each of the 24 as a project unto itself or whether these smaller projects should just be folders and categories within the larger global project. The functionality of being able to share documents among all 24 projects is important - is this possible?

When a user has been formerly added as customer and then deleted, it can't be added as project user (message: the user has already been added as customer") What to do? Structure
I am working on a large project with 24 sub-projects involved as well as multiple teams. My question is whether it makes more sense to structure each sub-project as a folder within the main project or whether it makes more sense to set each sub-project up as a project of its own. What are the advantages or disadvantages in the zoho structure of going one way or the other?

Maybe I'm blind, but I've searched everywhere and can't find where to change the language. If Zoho is not available in other languages yet then what is the timeline to provide other languages? What languages are planned?

My Home>My Work Calendar:displayed day settings
Chaps, The displayed day on My Work Calendar (the greyed area) is always 1 day behind. Can you tell me how I can correct this to display the correct day? Archived Milestones & Tasks?
At the far right of the page-specific menu bar on the Tasks & Milestones page of an active project is the word "ARCHIVED" and it is a link that goes to a page called "Archived Tasks & Milestones". Once there the link changes to "Active Tasks & Milestones" and returns me to the regular Tasks & Milestones page of my project. Since there already is a way to archive whole projects and another link to view them, this link doesn't seem to be related to that. So... What is this link for? How is it used?

Projects Advanced Search operations
Chaps, There are some problems with the Advanced Search operations. i) When the desired archives were retrieved and displayed, the page indicated 42 or 60 threads. I examined the first page of these, then hit the 'next' button, only to find that the next page was blank ie. the remainder of the threads were not displayed.This happened twice on two different searches. ii) When you have chosen and finished reading an archived thread, and wish to go back to the advanced search page with the retrieved

Why don't you send the link directly to the Task when sending the notifications? With so many tasks under a ton of heading, sometimes it's quite hard to find it, and the link to logon isn't very helpful. jeff

There are two steps now for associating documents to tasks (first upload under documents, then associate from a particular task), and it can only be done the one way, from the task section. Inviting a Client to a meeting ? Seems not to allow
In projects, editing a meeting, I'm trying to add a client to a meeting. But the client is not on the drop down list of possible invitees. The employees contractors are listed, but not the client tyope. Any ideas ? --- Info: Using the FREE simple version for trying things out. Put in a example "Client", clearly shows on list of users, but not on list of possible invitees.

[Projects 2.0] :Error uploading the latest version of a file
Quite often, when uploading a new version of an existing file file we get the following error message: "File type mismatch" The files have the same name and the same extension (e.g. "Featurelist-Testing.xls"). This problem started soon after the Zoho Project update to the new version with a different look & feel. It was working fine on the OLD version. This is a significant issue which is preventin us from using the "Documents" section of any project!!! Ossy
