Adding Task List Items
When creating a task list I believe there should be an option to add to bottom. Most people are going to add them in chronological order with the first task being added first. When making a list the human centric design would be to add the first thing first. geoffhunt
Project Description on Mouse-over of Projects
Hi Prasanna and all, A couple of my Project clients have suggested that it would be very useful if the Project Description was visible in the Projects mouse-over box that other details are already visible in. I have to agree and believe this could be a relatively simple addition to boot! The reason it's of value to them is that they sometimes have projects with identical names (against my recommendations but oh well) and the project description right now is only visible from the 'View Project Details'
How do I upload a list of tasks that I created in a spreadsheet?
Often I create a list of tasks in a spreadsheet first rather than directly into a project management application one at a time. Is there a way to upload into Zoho Projects a comma-delimited file with tasks? If so, where is the upload wizard?

We noticed that while editing a document in our project "exwork" we couldn't add any page breaks. however this function do seem to exsist in the zoho writer application at writer.zoho.com, but not in the zoho writer launched from the project view. weeboo

Notification Mail for Forum Post
I have a request for Forum post. There are portal URL in the last of the mail, but even I click the URL, I cannot reach that Forum post directly. (It will access only top of projects page.) In this operation, I have to check my project name and post titile after clicking the URL. My request is; 1) When I click the URL, jump to the "Forum" directly. 2) if (1) is difficult, jump to "Top of the Project page" which the forum is posted. When I click on the hour total in 'My Timesheet' it does not show an accurate breakdown of the billable hours by project. It just labels everything as being hours related to the most recent project we've created. This is not an error in the previous version of Zoho Project. boyan

I have attempted 3 different times to stay connected to my project but everytime I get a new logon; I keep getting the message "Your email in not yet confirmed...Please check your email to confirm." and I end up getting booted out eventually but can't figure out what the hell I'm supposed to do. Hi wonderful Zoho people, I love version 1 of Project and am quickly coming to love version 2. Here's (I believe) an easy to add feature that would make version 2 SOOO much more intuitive.... In the Projects Listing (visible on login), it would convenient and intuitive if to the right of each project you added the Project buttons to Edit (pencil), Clear (X), Delete (Trash), and for Project RSS. To keep it non-cluttered, it'd be great if this was a mouse-over but not essential. Likewise, I miss the

Not sure if this is a version 3 thing or something you might want for this version.... It would be wonderful if you had a popup window with just the timetracker elements of Zoho Project. With it, you'd be able to drill-down through Project, Milestone, Tasklist to task and time things very quickly. You could also use the top of the same window to put your current status. Alternatively, this could be presented as an embeddable iframe (so I could put it in my work site), or perhaps a Vista widget that

Zoho Projects is Awesome but if I can't access it with my phone then it will not work for us.
We just upgraded to a business plan for Zoho projects. I need to be able to find a way to see those tasks on my blackberry. I know that I can access Zoho mobile to see my Zoho calendar but is there a way to import my tasks from Zoho Projects into the calendar. Even better if there were a Zoho Project App for Mobile phones. Everything I need to do is in Projects but I can't get to any of it with my phone. Any suggestions or work arounds would be greatly appreciated. Eli

Hi, I work at a nonprofit that aims to relieve poverty in Nicaragua through different social programs and I've been using Zoho Projects for a few months now. Does anyone know when the new set of changes for Zoho Projects will be implemented? I've read a lot of forum replies saying that "yes, this is in our road map for changes." Timesheet times should use colon instead of decimal
I recently had an issue in billing a client using ZOHO Projects and ZOHO Invoice because these apps log time using a decimal point rather than the U.S.-standard colon (e.g. "1.45" instead of "1:45"). The client understood the value to be 1.45 hours, or 87 minutes, rather than 1:45, or 105 minutes. This gave the client the incorrect impression that I had over-billed them.
