File version update after Zoho Sheet
When I save and then close a Zoho Sheet the version of the file is not immediately updated in the documents section. The 'Open in Zoho Sheet' icon opens the previous version. This is the case until the 'Documents' tab is clicked again and the entire document list is updated. Firefox 2.0.0.11 Thanks for your help. tvolkman

Milestones do not complete
OK, I have completed testing for your milestone functionality and it simply does not work - a milestone which has all of its associated tasks shown as 100% complete should be show as Complete, it does not, it remains in the Overdue Milestones category and does not show in the appropriate reports either - nor is there anyway of forcing a milestone to be closed either. or to describe it another way Milestone -> tasklist -> tasks ... if all tasks in the task list are complete, then the Milestone is

Display of *all* Milestones/Tasks

Export report customization
Hello once again, OK -- this time I've been trying to make use of the Export function -- the problem I am encountering is that there is generally a lot of 'extra' information that isn't required for a general overview. Obviously, I could rectify this myself in Excel, but it would be neat if you had an options page where I could select the columns I wished to include in the report. scroll bar feature
I'm noticing that there is no scroll bar featured in Zoho Projects. I have trouble trying to scroll down to additional tasks I've created in my project outline template since there is no scroll bar on the right side of the screen. Is this an intentional thing or just oversight of having this simple feature? By the way, the app is awesome. It seems to do everything I need it to do! Working great! tasks not showing in dashboard
The tasks assigned durations covering the current week do not appear in the 'week ahead' on the dashboard. I though that such taska (for all users) should appear here (under the project dashboard)? any ideas? thanks Kevin

Problem since change to "Single Sign On"
Dear Zoho Projects team, Since the change made for the "Single Sign On" feature, people invited to my project's url do the complete registration process but when they go to the project url they have no access granted. I have made tests and discovered that after invitation has been sent, these people do not appear on the "users" list (even after complete registration is made) and I have to invite each person again. enhancement requests
While creating a new milestone, I noticed two irritants: 1. when I set start date of a milestone, it will be nice to change the default end date to the same date as start date. Most of the time, milestone will be 1 day only, hence this saves effort to set end date. 2. When I tried to set end date by copying and pasting the start date, it doesn't work, I am supposed to use the calendar which becomes more effort esp when milestone is 3-4 months ahead (4 clicks). mkumar
meeting reminders
Hello, when I set a meeting reminder for an upcoming meeting (1 hour before the meeting), after the notification email goes out, the meeting automatically changes to 1 hour prior to when I set it. I set a meeting for 2:00, with a 1-hour notification. At 1:00, I get my notification email, saying I have an meeting at 1:00, not 2:00, and when I go back to the meeting in Zoho, it says that the meeting is scheduled for 1:00, not 2:00! Form field to manipulate another field?
I�m trying to create a maintenance request program for a property management company. I have 5 buildings with 30 tenants in each building. How can I make a form with a dropdown list of the building names. and when you choose the specific building it would bring up the correct tenants in the building in the next dropdown field? (I need the dropdown list because I want the tenant to view only the maintenance tickets that they requested - via the view filters.)
starting a new project
I am signed in, but when asked to create a new portal for a project, I put in an acceptable name, but nothing happens. The create a new portal screen doesnt take me anywhere, and I can't find the newly named portal.

Zoho writer
If you try to create a new document in Zoho writer, the document is not created. If you edit an existing document in Zoho writer, the changes are not saved. If you upload a new version of a document, the document appears last on the list. I tried this as an admin user.
Import into new document
Hi, I notice that when you open a new document in project it interface with Zoho writer to use its word processing tools. I need an import document function here as you have in the Writer. It seems more logical to convert your word file into a zoho writer document so you can benefit from the functionality of writer (i.e. version control) than upload a word file that might need to be amended by numerous people on the project. Saving document
Hello! I have been trying to write a .doc under my project. When i've finished writing it i pressed save button. A red process bar appeared in the right top corner and displayed the save was successful. But each time i checked document menu it was nowehere. I used to do it exactly the same way and it worked. Adding documents as ftp hyperlinks
I'd like to do this for some confidential material rather than upload directly to the site. It looks like I can do this throught the 'Links' section of the Documents tab, but that section looks very basic. Could I request that you guys look into improving that aspect - maybe some kind of Gopher-type file structure? I think that would be a significant improvement for future users as well as myself. ZOHO Creator error

The java script portions of ZOHO Projects have stopped working. Nothing happens when buttons or links are pressed. The site does work in my IE tab within firefox. I have not made any changes to my firefox settings. jacknsundrop

Appointing tasks
We have several tasks that need to be completed by all our (12) users. Now we need to copy that task and assign it to each member individually. How about an option that the task owner is "all users". So you can choose "any user" for a task that anyone can do. You choose a team member for an individual task and you choose "all users" for a task that everyone has to do. Date format not matching configured setting
Dates are not in the proper format for us. We need mm/dd/yyyy and the system keeps showing dd/mm/yyyy. I tried changing settings but it has not effect. It effects dates shown on pages in the system and data exported.
