The integration between Zoho Bookings & Zoho CRM placed a default button in the Zoho CRM Contact & Lead record view labeled "Schedule Appointment". The button opens the Bookings services scheduling page and allows rapid scheduling of the next service.

Some of the sales reps use Android phone and come has IOS devises, we have observed that The Outbound and Inbound call are getting logged Automatically in Android phone, off-course it is asking for long details at the end of call, easy to filling and log. but Iphone uses are not able to do so, they have to go to app and do the call from Apps Contacts, then only it asks for call log. we have enabled the call log option in iPhones also like

My user id is 658187232.I and my 14 users have been using Zoho for 3 months, and calling on Mobile App doesnt log any calls. Though its marketed as a feature, but it doesnt work. The UI of Web is great, but the mobile appp functionalities are NIL! I have had 80 phone calls with Mobile support team but no result. Allow CRM mobile client on android to copy/paste contact phone number to be dialled somewhere else
We use Microsoft Teams as our phone system, so when I'm on the go, if I tap the contact number in CRM it automatically dials that number using my mobile number (GSM network) and doesn't give me the option where to start that call, like on a VOIP client.

Invoices not showing in Mobile CRM I noticed that if I create a Deal in online version of CRM there is an area I can create an invoice for that contact/deal but I do not see this in CRM mobile. I know there is a invoice app that is separate but I not sure I want my sales people to be able to see all invoices. Call logging of scheduled call in App
Hello, When making a call for a scheduled call from the App - once the call is completed and logged from the log call prompt a second call record is created and the original scheduled call remains as an open activity. I tried this a few times and cannot see a way \ option to log the call information when made from the scheduled call reminder - to not create a duplicate and mark the scheduled call as complete with the result. Hi The new version of the CRM App has an issue. The logging of calls changed in the browser of the CRM and it looks like the latest version of the app these changes have come accross. The issue is you have these added fields like Caller ID and Number called (if its auto logging not sure why you would need this). Mobile Apps not automatically logging calls
Hello, Most of our users report problems regarding auto-logging not working. They use the mobile apps for Zoho CRM on iOS and Android, and both don't show the popup that says 'do you want to log this call?'. I've checked if the phone numbers are correctly inserted in the CRM and also re-installed the app on there devices. Copying lead location to meeting for fast scheduling
Hi all! Performed some basic searches around this site and could not find what I’m looking for. With our current CRM, we are able to copy the location from a lead to the meeting location with the click of a toggle button (see attached image). We provide on-site estimates to clients, so we take down lead information and schedule a meeting at that lead location. Is there a way to do this, so that our staff does not need to manually copy and paste a location from a lead? TIA!

Hello, I would like to start having the ability to customize the mobile version of the CRM app. As of now, the order of fields and layouts gets synced with the web configuration vertically which is not well User Friendly on Mobile.
