Lo que también solicitasteis muchos de vosotros fue que enseñásemos otros idiomas a Zia, siendo el español la solicitud más popular. Hoy, estamos muy emocionados de anunciar que lo hemos conseguido.
Conoce a la asistente de escritura en español de Zia. Funciona con las diferentes variantes de español e incluye la función, basada en IA, de revisión de ortografía, vocabulario, estilo y legibilidad de documentos instantáneamente.
Revisión de gramática contextual
Zia está basada en IA, lo que significa que entiende el contexto de las oraciones que escribes. A partir de ahí, utiliza su inteligencia para identificar errores y brindarte alternativas correctas, similar a lo que haría un buen amigo o colega por ti.
Para hacerlo correctamente, Zia combina sus técnicas de machine learning con las diversas reglas gramaticales en español (como artículos de género, uso de acentos, adjetivo contra sustantivo o disonancia verbo-sujeto, por ejemplo).
Sugerencias para mejorar la calidad de escritura
Una vez que haya terminado de arreglar los errores gramaticales, lo siguiente que revisa Zia es lo pulido que está tu texto. Aún si no es gramáticamente incorrecto, hay algunos aspectos en la escritura, como clichés o el uso de más palabras de las necesarias para llegar a un punto, que pueden definir el éxito de lo que escribes.
Además de las sugerencias (indicadas en color naranja) que aparecen mientras escribes, también hay una lista que Zia ha preparado y que puedes explorar para perfeccionar tu documento antes de compartirlo con alguien más. Esto incluye revisión de tono (formal frente a informal), palabras confundidas (si has elegido una palabra errónea con un sonido similar), palabras arcaicas (que ya no se utilizan), etc.
Sugerencias para mejorar la legibilidad
Ahora que tu texto está pulido, el siguiente paso es asegurarse de que lo que has escrito es fácil de leer y comprender. Es aquí donde entran en juego las métricas de legibilidad de Zia.
Zia te dirá si tus oraciones son demasiado largas, si están incompletas o fragmentadas, y asigna una calificación de legibilidad a tu texto. Aún mejor, evalúa qué sectores de audiencia podrían considerar tu documento fácil de entender.
Eso es todo por ahora. Puedes probar la función cambiando el idioma del documento, en la esquina inferior izquierda, a cualquier variación del español. La sugerencias deberían aparecer de inmediato.

Zoho Creator customer portal limitation | Zoho One
