【Zoho CRM】 「自動メール送信」機能廃止のお知らせ

今回はZoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から、自動メール送信機能廃止についてお知らせします。

 Zoho CRMの「自動メール送信」機能は2025年9月30日をもって利用できなくなります。 
自動メール送信機能でフォローアップを自動化している場合は2025年6月30日までに 
ケイデンス」に移行することを強くお勧めします。   

本記事で言及している「自動メール送信」機能は、こちらの機能を指しております。
ワークフロールールで設定している通知メール送信処理やカスタム関数で設定しているメール送信機能とは異なります。


ケイデンス機能とは?

見込み客や既存顧客に対して、メール・通話・タスクなどのアクションをあらかじめ定義された順序と
タイミングで自動実行できる機能です。営業活動の一貫性を保ちながら、マルチチャネルでの
パーソナライズされたアプローチが可能になります。

今後の機能廃止スケジュールについて

  1. 2025年6月30日 - 自動メールの作成・編集ができなくなります。

  2. 2025年9月30日 - 既存のすべての自動メール機能が機能を停止します。

  3. スムーズな移行をサポートするため、自動メール機能内の一部の機能が段階的に無効になります。

 

スムーズな移行とケイデンスとの兼ね合いにより、新規または編集された自動メールに限り、
以下の制限が段階的に適用されます。

 

 

 2.自動メール送信機能で無効化されるオプション   

  • デフォルトビュー(未確認/共有済みリード・連絡先など)の使用制限

  • キャンペーンフィルターや複数選択リストの条件使用制限

  • 「繰り返し」送信の一部パターン制限

-「週ごと」パターンの場合: 終了日が選択されていない場合、複数の日を選択したり、
カスタムビューを変更したりすることはできません。

-「月ごと」パターンの場合: 週単位の曜日選択はできません。
- 終了日を機能提供最終日(2025年9月30日)を超える日に設定することはできず、
「終了日なし」オプションを選択することはできません
