La communication en équipe offre plusieurs autres avantages, notamment la possibilité d'encourager la créativité et d'augmenter la productivité.
La collaboration d’équipe se présente de différentes manières selon les responsabilités des uns et des autres :
- Les chefs d'équipe qui travaillent bien ensemble en tant qu'équipe répartissent mieux le travail. Ils peuvent mettre en valeur et enrichir les compétences de leurs subordonnés et les aider à progresser.
- Les collaborateurs individuels peuvent communiquer plus efficacement avec leur équipe et travailler en synergie pour réaliser les initiatives clés.
- Enfin, les collaborateurs transversaux doivent collaborer efficacement en tant qu'équipe pour que leur travail soit harmonieux.
Les valeurs fondamentales de la collaboration d’équipe
Un travail d'équipe efficace se fonde sur les valeurs suivantes :
- Transparence : la clarté de la communication est essentielle. Partager clairement les opinions, les idées et les priorités, même si votre équipe n'est pas toujours d'accord sur tout, permet d'éviter les conflits et les malentendus.
- Confiance : il faut que les membres de votre équipe se sentent à l'aise si vous voulez qu'ils apportent leurs idées et leurs compétences uniques au groupe. Soyez sûr qu'ils savent que vous avez leurs intérêts à cœur et que vous croyez en leurs capacités.
- Efficacité : le degré de collaboration de votre équipe n'est pas nécessairement lié au temps passé ensemble. Ce qui compte, c'est la gestion de ce temps. Des réunions ou des rapports courts et précis aident vos collègues à accomplir leurs tâches dans les temps.
- Responsabilité : établissez un point avec votre équipe et veillez à ce que chaque membre se sente responsable de son travail. Si l'un d'eux ne respecte pas les délais ou ne fournit pas la qualité de travail attendue, essayez d'identifier le problème et aidez-le à atteindre ses objectifs à l'avenir.
- Positivité : il arrive que les projets d'équipe ne se déroulent pas toujours bien. Celles qui surmontent les échecs et démarrent de nouveaux projets avec une attitude positive ont les meilleures chances de réussite à long terme.
Différents modes de collaboration
- Partage/ stockage de fichiers - L'un des principaux obstacles à la collaboration entre équipes reste la recherche perpétuelle de documents ou l'attente d'une réponse par e-mail pour accéder à un fichier. Les outils de partage de fichiers centralisés permettent à votre équipe de disposer d'une base de connaissances partagée et d'accéder aux fichiers qui y sont stockés en quelques clics.
- Communication - Comment votre équipe communique-t-elle à l’heure actuelle ? Par e-mail, chat, appels (audio/vidéo) ou directement en face à face ? Pour bien travailler en équipe, chacun doit pouvoir communiquer rapidement pour accomplir des tâches simples ou même simplement pour passer un bon moment en compagnie de l'autre. Pour être efficaces, les membres de l'équipe doivent être en contact régulier (sans nécessairement se parler constamment), surtout en cas de télétravail. Le fait d'avoir des réunions ou de se voir de temps en temps constitue une bonne base de communication.
