Filters in audit logs

Greetings,

I hope all of you are doing well. We're happy to announce a few recent enhancements we've made to Bigin. We'll go over each one in detail.

Previously, there were no filters available to narrow down data in audit logs. Now, we've introduced filters based on entity, user, action, and time, giving you more control and flexibility while viewing your data.

Additionally, while earlier you could access and export only up to 60 days of data, this new update now allows you to access a complete history of up to three years. You can export all available data or choose a specific time range.

• Unfiltered view: Access up to three years of data.

• Filtered view: Apply filters based on entity, user action, or time, and export up to 180 days of data from the selected range.
