À la suite d'un entretien, lorsqu'un candidat répond aux critères d'un poste, les recruteurs doivent être en mesure d'envoyer une offre d'emploi dans des délais courts. Afin de rendre cela possible, Zoho Recruit introduit son module " Offre d'emploi ".
Les autorisations exigées
Les différentes autorisations nécessaires pour afficher, générer, supprimer et exporter des offres d'emploi dans Zoho Recruit se présentent comme suit :
- Gestion des modèles d'offres
- Créer, afficher et modifier des modèles d'offres d'emploi.
- Création en masse d'offres d'emploi
- Générer et envoyer des offres d'emploi en masse.
- Exportation des offres
- Exporter des offres d'emploi de Recruit.
Créer un modèle d'offre d'emploi
- Paramètres >> Personnalisation >> Modèles >> Offre d'emploi >> Créer un modèle.
- Zoho Recruit offre à ses recruteurs la possibilité de choisir parmi deux types de modèles de conception. Vous pouvez partir de zéro ou importer un modèle existant depuis votre ordinateur.
- Pour ajouter des champs de fusion, allez à "Champs" et sélectionnez "Champs de fusion" sous "Champs dynamiques".
Envoyer les offres d'emploi aux candidats
- Avant de créer une nouvelle proposition, assurez-vous d'avoir déjà créé vos modèles d'offres afin de garantir un processus simplifié lors du téléchargement de votre offre sur le profil d'un candidat.
- Le module Offres est disponible en sous-onglet lorsque vous survolez sur le module "Postes à pourvoir" ou "Candidats".
- Cliquez sur "Créer des offres"
- Sélectionnez un modèle d'offre à partir du menu déroulant.
- Choisissez d'envoyer la lettre d'offre avec ou sans e-signature.
- Saisissez les informations relatives à l'emploi et au délai de validité de l'offre et enregistrez
- Vous pouvez également voir un aperçu depuis "Aperçu de l'offre de l'emploi"
- Choisissez le modèle d'e-mail, remplissez les autres champs de la fenêtre contextuelle et envoyez.
- Le statut du candidat passe à "Offre faite".
Valider les offres d'emploi
Si vous avez activé un processus d'approbation dans votre compte Recruit, l'offre entre dans le processus d'approbation dès sa création.
- Sélectionnez "Offres" sous l'onglet "Postes à pourvoir".
- Choisissez l'offre que vous souhaitez autoriser.
- Analysez les détails de l'offre et soumettez-la.
- Ajoutez vos commentaires et sélectionnez "Approuver", "Déléguer" ou "Rejeter".
- Dans le cas où l'approbation de plusieurs personnes est nécessaire, sélectionnez "Déléguer" et attribuez l'approbation à un autre utilisateur de votre organisation.
- Vous pouvez aussi valider "Les Offres d'emploi" à partir de l'onglet "Mes actions".
- Il est également possible de générer l'offre d'emploi à partir du module "Candidats".
Bon à savoir
- L'offre est envoyée sous la forme d'un lien par e-mail. Le candidat peut consulter l'offre d'emploi, qu'il peut accepter ou refuser.
- La fonction de gestion des offres n'est disponible que pour l'édition "Corporate HR".
- Vous ne pouvez générer qu'une seule offre d'emploi pour les candidats en CDI.
- Vous pouvez générer plusieurs offres pour les candidats ayant un contrat temporaire.
Modifier et retirer une offre
Vous avez la possibilité de réviser ou de retirer les offres envoyées aux candidats.
- Naviguez vers le module "Offres" et sélectionnez-en une.
- Sélectionnez "Réviser l'offre" en haut à droite.
- Effectuez les modifications nécessaires et enregistrez.
- Choisissez le modèle d'e-mail et remplissez les autres détails.
- Envoyez l'offre au candidat ou retirez pour annuler l'offre.
État de l'offre d'emploi
- Offre envisagée
- Quand une offre est créée, le statut de l'offre devient "Offre envisagée" (après avoir cliqué sur le bouton "Enregistrer et suivant" sur la page de "Création de l'offre", l'offre est créée)
- Offre faite
- Lorsqu'une offre est envoyée, le statut devient "Offre faite" (après avoir cliqué sur le bouton "envoyer" dans la page d'envoi de l'offre, elle est envoyée.
- Offre révisée
- Lorsque l'utilisateur modifie des détails dans une offre (mais ne l'envoie pas à un candidat), le statut devient "offre révisée" (si la lettre d'offre est envoyée au candidat après l'avoir modifié, le statut passe de "offre révisée" à "offre faite").
- Offre acceptée
- Lorsque le candidat accepte l'offre d'emploi, le statut de l'enregistrement est modifié en offre acceptée. Une fois l'offre d'emploi acceptée, il n'est plus possible de la réviser.
- Offre refusée
- Lorsque le candidat refuse l'offre d'emploi, le statut est modifié en offre refusée. Une fois l'offre rejetée, nous pouvons la réviser et l'envoyer à nouveau.
- Offre retirée
- Un utilisateur peut retirer une offre déjà planifiée, envoyée ou acceptée par le candidat. Le statut de l'enregistrement est alors modifié en offre retirée.
Générer des offres groupées
Vous pouvez générer des lettres d'offre groupées à partir des options suivantes :
Depuis le module "Candidats"
- Sélectionnez les candidats associés à un poste à pourvoir auxquels vous souhaitez envoyer les offres.
- Cliquez sur l'icône "Générer une offre d'emploi" depuis "Plus d'actions".
Depuis le module "Postes à pouvoir"
- Sélectionnez le poste pour lequel vous allez proposer des candidats.
- Cliquez sur candidatures sous "Accès rapide" depuis le panneau à gauche.
- Choisissez les candidatures auxquelles vous souhaitez envoyer les offres.
- Cliquez sur l'icône "Générer une offre d'emploi" depuis "Plus d'actions".
Depuis le module "Candidatures"
- Sélectionnez les candidatures auxquelles vous souhaitez envoyer les offres.
- Cliquez sur l'icône "Générer une offre d'emploi" depuis "Plus d'actions".
Personnalisation des offres d'emploi
- Les offres d'emploi sont disponibles dans les listes associées des modules "Candidats", "Postes à pouvoir", "Candidatures" et "Départements".
- Vous pouvez personnaliser les champs du module "Offres" en accédant à Paramètres >> Personnalisation >> Modèles >> Offre d'emploi.
