Introducing Issue Reports at an Org Level
In addition to the reports on
projects,
tasks, and
timesheets we have recently implemented reports for issues at an organization level. This report displays the number of issues across all the projects using various criteria such as Status, Assignee, Reporter, Escalation etc. The basic reports are generated using the default issue fields.
The image below shows issues categorized by their status in an easy to understand pie chart.
With the advanced reports, users can create their own reports using multiple criteria. Filters can be used to create even more accurate reports. We also support reports that are based on default and custom timesheet fields.
For eg., the image below displays a custom report based when the issues were created vs. their last closed time.
