Compare Applications brings application details together in one place, making it easier to review candidates and evaluate their suitability for a role.
Recruiters can access Compare Applications from the Job Openings and Applications modules to review relevant candidate details, ratings, reviews, and AI-generated insights side by side.
Evaluate applications with Zia Insights (Enterprise Plan only)
Powered by Zia LLM, Zia Insights evaluates each application against the requirements of its associated job opening. It considers the candidate's resume, profile fields, and the ratings and reviews recorded by the team to generate insights that support hiring decisions.
Zia Insights provides:
Overall rating and recommendation: An assessment of the application's suitability for the role.
Strengths and role fit: Key qualifications and strengths relevant to the job requirements.
Concerns and risks: Potential gaps or areas that may need further evaluation.
Suggested next steps: Recommendations to help recruiters determine how to proceed with the application.
These insights help recruiters assess applications more efficiently while keeping the relevant information and evaluation in context.
How to get started
Open the Job Openings or Applications module.
Access Compare Applications to review applications side by side.
Review the candidate details, ratings, reviews, and Zia Insights to evaluate each application against its associated job requirements.
Note: Zia Insights is currently supported only in English.
Incomplete candidate profiles may result in limited insights.
AI-generated insights may be inaccurate or incomplete, so review the application details and recorded feedback before making hiring decisions.
Compare Applications also respects profile field and attachment permissions.
