It felt like February flew past us so quickly, but not without some highlights worth sharing! Let's take a look at what was happening in Social the past month.
If you’re a business or agency managing multiple brands, this one’s for you — we’ve introduced a feature that makes repetitive posting effortless! You can now organize channels across any of your brands together by adding them to a publishing group. When it's time to publish, all it takes is a click. You just have to add the group directly to the compose window and publish to all the selected channels simultaneously. Though these groups have to be created by a Zoho Social admin, they can be used for publishing by any user in the portal. This saves you the time and hassle of selecting and grouping channels together every time you want to post something across all your brands.

Monitoring your interactions just got a whole lot better! You don't have to juggle between modules to see if an interaction was responded to or not. No matter whether you reply to an interaction from the Posts tab or the Messages tab, the interactions will now automatically be updated and marked as closed in your Inbox as well.
Zoho Social mobile updates
This month, our mobile team went the extra mile to catch up and bring you some of the newest features you’ve loved on the Zoho Social web application.
Android: The most recent channel addition, Bluesky is now available on your Android application. You can easily post, schedule and monitor post insights for your Bluesky profile. Additionally, you'll also be able to tag your images and invite collaborators to your posts on Instagram. Lastly, some bugs were fixed and enhancements were made to make your mobile experience better.
iOS: You can now @mention pages and profiles when you're posting to selected networks like Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram from your iOS mobile application. You'll also be able to post longer updates of up to 25000 characters on your X profile, if you're a premium account holder.
