TLS v1.2-Aktualisierungen und Client-Komponentenaktualisierung für Zoho CRM

Hallo Leute,

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Support für Browser, APIs und Plug-ins mit älteren Protokollen ab heute (13. Mai 2019) als veraltet markiert wird.


Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir die Unterstützung der TLS-Versionen 1.0 und 1.1 zum 30.9.2018 einstellen. Nach diesem Datum müssen Sie Ihre Verarbeitungslösungen auf TLS v1.2 aufrüsten, um weiterhin sichere Datenübertragung genießen zu können.

Wir haben einige Änderungen unserer Client-Komponenten vorgenommen, die für bessere Leistung und ein noch besseres Zoho-CRM-Erlebnis sorgen. Um diese Änderungen zu ermöglichen und aktualisierten PCI-Standards zu genügen, müssen Sie Ihre Verarbeitungslösungen auf TLS v1.2 aktualisieren.

Was ist TLS?


Transport Layer Security (TLS) ist ein verschlüsselungstechnologisches Protokoll, das für sichere Übertragung vertraulicher Daten über das Internet sorgt.

Warum ist diese Aktualisierung nötig?


Gemäß PCI-Standards gilt TLS v1.2 als fortschrittlichstes Protokoll, da bei dieser Version Schwachstellen der Vorgängerversionen wie TLS v1.0 und v1.1 ausgemerzt wurden. Diese Aktualisierung sollte von sämtlichen Anwendern ausgeführt werden, die ihre Daten und APIs über sichere Server und Browser von Zoho abrufen. Wenn Sie über einen Webhook von Zoho zu einer externen Site verlinken, müssen Ihre Browser HTTPS und TLS v1.2. unterstützen.

Wir haben zusätzlich maßgebliche Verbesserungen an Client-Komponenten vorgenommen, die von älteren Browserversionen nicht unterstützt werden.

Wie können Sie sich diesen Änderungen anpassen?


Wir empfehlen, einen der folgenden Browser zu verwenden, welche die letzte Aktualisierung unterstützen:
  • Internet Explorer ab Version 11
  • Google Chrome ab Version 49
  • Mozilla Firefox ab Version 44
  • Safari ab Version 9
  • Opera ab Version 45

Folgende Versionen mobiler Plattformen unterstützen die jüngste Aktualisierung:
  • Google Android ab Version 4.1
  • iOS ab Version 5.1
  • Windows Phone ab Version 8.1

Wenn Sie eine der folgenden Programmiersprachen verwenden, müssen Sie aktualisieren, um mit unserer API zu kommunizieren:
  • Java 6u45
  • Java 7u25
  • OpenSSL 0.9.8y
  • .NET bis 4.5
  • .NET 4.5 (Einstellungen müssen zur TLS-1.2-Aktivierung geändert werden)

Bitte aktualisieren Sie Ihre Office- und Outlook-Plug-ins über die jeweiligen Links auf die aktuellste Version:

Phonebridge: Wenn Sie einen PhoneBridge-Adapter nutzen, achten Sie darauf, die neuste Java-Version (Java 8) auf dem Computer/Server zu nutzen, an dem der PhoneBridge-Adapter installiert wurde.

Salesinbox-Nutzer: Bitte rüsten Sie unbedingt auf einen der oben erwähnten Browser auf, welcher die neueste Aktualisierung unterstützt.
